I have been wanting to upgrade from a speed rope for a while now but I wasn’t able to find a reasonably priced weighted jump rope. That was until I found this product. It is exactly as described. It is about 900 grams and it does the job perfectly. If you are new to weighted jump ropes, this is a good place to start.
